What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fees vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
What are the delivery times?

La Poste delivery times are 3 to 4 working days.

UPS delivery times are 2 to 3 working days.
How do I track my package delivery?

Following your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our premises. This number will allow you to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange one or more items from my order?

Items may be returned for exchange or refund, free of charge, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to make your return?

Simply log in to your account using your credentials or click directly on the My Account link.

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Place the items in the original box. Attach your return label to the box and drop it off at a drop-off point or arrange a collection.

Upon receipt of your items at our premises and their inspection, we will send you an exchange or refund confirmation.
