PAYMENT & REFUND
We accept payments by credit card or debit card: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Maestro®. Payments via Apple Pay® and PayPal® are accepted.
In the event of a return, the refund will be processed on the next business day after the items are received at our premises and after inspection. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the original order.
DELIVERY & PARCEL TRACKING
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
La Poste delivery times are 3 to 4 business days.
UPS delivery times are 2 to 3 business days.
Following your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our premises. This number will allow you to track your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items may be returned, for an exchange or refund request, free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept returns on certain items. These will be clearly indicated before purchase.
GIFT CARD & STORE CREDIT
To purchase an AMLĒGE gift card, simply click on the "Gift Card" link on our homepage.
When paying, enter the code in the "Gift card / Store credit / Code" field.
Click on "Use code" to redeem it.
